Maxlight PreInked Signature Stamp

• TO ORDER, please sign your name on a blank white sheet of paper
•    Don’t be concerned about the size, we will size it to fit the stamp size you choose.
•    For a bold signature, sign with a thick pen, for regular, sign with a regular pen.
•    Use a pen with Black or Dark Blue Ink - Liquid or Gel ink or use a fine-tip Felt pen.
•    We need to scan your clear original signature (or you can scan it and email to us - see below)
• PRINT the completed order form (click on the Signature Stamp Order Form below to print the form).
• MAIL us this order form, along with your signature.
•    Faxed signatures will not be used, because they produce very low resolution scans.

If you need your stamp FASTER, you can email us a scan of
your signature, then FAX us your Signature Stamp Order.
Your signature needs to be scanned in 300 dpi or higher resolution
and saved in a .jpg file. Email your signature to us at
